We at CleanSoul Global Technology Limited Provide engineering services to local and multi-national companies in different sectors of the economy, which include food and beverages, dairy, home care / personal care industry pharmaceuticals, agro-allied, packaging, oil and gas industries. Pipe Fitting & Welding
We are well experienced and equipped on pipe work systems and plant/machinery installation. Our goal oriented fabrication team comprises of ardent supervisors and skilled technicians that are adequately equipped with equipment and tools for installation, testing and commissioning.
We offer above ground installations and industrial pipe work fabrications in carbon and stainless steel in house or on site, fitting of stainless steel and mild steel pipes, installation of different kind of values and strainers, welding of pipes using both arc and argon gas welding to certified standard.
Industrial Thermal Insulation
We specialize in industrial insulation (lagging and cladding) of hot & cold pipelines, steam & cold pipelines, lagging & cladding of steam lines, hot & cold boilers, chilled water line, glycol pipeline, storage tanks & heat radiating equipment.
Different acoustic materials are used for this job such as polystyrene (local), polyurethane, polyethylene, polyisocyanates e.t.c
Duct Work
We undertakes HVAC (heating, ventilating & air conditioning system) works for industrial application. We do lagging and cladding of duct works
Metal Fabrication
Our team of experienced technicians undertakes various metal works such as structural/frame works (as per design) such as staircase & platforms (with bolted joints), fire hydrant line installations, construction of stainless & mild steel tanks of various capacities & sizes (cylindrical, square and rectangular tanks).
We provide metal folding, bending, rolling, drilling punching of metal materials.
Installation of Plant/Machinery
We provides a range of equipment/machinery installation services covering offloading, erection, installation, supervision, commissioning & handing over.
Our experienced team is able to successfully manage a number of different projects from minor machinery repositioning to complete turnkey projects. We install and test-run the lines with the instruction/supervision of the clients Engineer in-charge.
Supply of Engineering Materials/Spare Parts
We provides a range of equipment/machinery installation services covering offloading, erection, installation, supervision, commissioning & handing over.
